The present invention belongs to a method for composite preparation of high-conductivity and high electromagnetic shielding flexible composite materials through adoption of graphene sponge and polydimethylsiloxane, belonging to the technical field of high-conductivity flexible composite materials. The objective of the invention is to solve the problems that current graphene sponge products are limited in size by a device and bad in flexibility. The method comprises: 1, preparing oxidized grapheme sponge; 2, performing reduction of the oxidized grapheme sponge through adoption of hydrazine hydrate vapor; 3; performing compression; 4, performing heat treatment; 5, pouring in PDMS solution; and 6, performing vacuum solidification to namely obtain PDMS / grapheme sponge composite materials. The PDMS / grapheme sponge composite materials obtained in the invention have good flexibility and a good electromagnetic shielding performance which can reach 59dB (2mm), the electrical conductivity of the PDMS / grapheme sponge composite materials is 1.03S / cm, and the PDMS / grapheme sponge composite materials have the utilization potentiality in the electromagnetic shielding field; and moreover, the preparation method can be widely applied in the industrial production.
