mass ratio that the
titanium oxide is 10 to 90 percent, and the
cerium oxide is 10 to 90 percent; the thickness of the
silicon dioxide layer with a plurality of holes is 20 to 200nm, and the volume of the holes is 10 to 80 percent. The coated glass adopts the preparation method of a single-side spraying process or a double-side dipping and pulling method. Feed liquid for preparing the
titanium oxide and the
cerium oxide film layer comprises organotitanium and dissolubility cerous salt; the feed liquid for preparing the
silicon dioxide layer with a plurality of holes comprises silicon ester, water, and
ethanol, and
ammonia is used as activator, wherein, the quality of silicon is 1 to 5 percent. The coated glass is performed with the heat treatment under the temperature of 400 to 550 Deg C. The invention can be used as the glass of an autocar, a
train, a steamship, buildings and a spotlight.
