The invention belongs to the field of feed, and in particular relates to a fermented piglet feed microcapsule which comprises the following components in parts by
mass: 80-100 parts of
corn flour, 30-40 parts of bean pulp, 10-20 parts of apple dregs, 30-40 parts of sweet potato residues, 2-4 parts of
calcium hydrophosphate, 1-4 parts of edible salt, 2-4 parts of
methionine, 2-4 parts of compositevitamins and 1-3 parts of microcapsules, wherein the core of the microcapsule is made of brewer's
yeast; the wall of the microcapsule is made of
propylene glycol alginate; and the ratio of the core tothe wall of the microcapsule is (0.05-0.1):1. The piglet feed provided by the invention is reasonable in formula and rich in
nutrition; due to adoption of the brewer's
yeast of the microcapsule, wastes, namely the apple dregs and the sweet potato residues, can be turned into wealth and are sufficiently utilized, the amount of the
corn flour in the feed is reduced, the
growth velocity of piglets is effectively increased, the
utilization rate of the feed is increased, the breeding cost is reduced, and the fermented piglet feed microcapsule is safe and reliable.
