The invention relates to a method for preparing a sulfo-carbamate compound based on photocatalysis and particularly relates to a method for preparing the sulfo-carbamate compound based on photocatalysis. A reaction formula in the method is formula (shown in the description), wherein R1 represents optionally substituted aryl, naphthyl, heteroaryl and C1-C10 alkyl; R2 represents optionally substituted aryl, naphthyl, heteroaryl or optionally substituted aryl C1-C10 alkyl. According to the method, the substituted sulfo-carbamate compound is synthesized by virtue of visible light catalysis, the reaction energy source is clean, and the conditions are mild; the raw materials are easily available, the use of toxic phosgene and carbon monoxide is avoided, the reaction operation is simple, and theprocess is safe and reliable; and by utilizing a nonmetal photocatalyst, the use of a metal reagent is avoided, and water is taken as a cosolvent, so that the method is environment-friendly.

The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant modified adhesive. The adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of epoxy resin, 30-60 parts of maleimide resin, 15-25 parts of alkylidene glycidyl ether, 0.5-1 part of ethylenediamine, 1-3 parts of methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, and 0.5-2 parts of thiocarbanilide. The high-temperature-resistant modified adhesive provided by the invention is an epoxy adhesive, but the high-temperature-resistant modified adhesive breaks through the disadvantage that an epoxy adhesive is not resistant to high temperature,and the high-temperature-resistant modified adhesive has excellent adhesion at the high temperature.

According to the modified asphalt severely-waterproof anticorrosive boat-bottom fluorescent paint disclosed by the invention, the chlorinated rubber and the modified asphalt are added together to improve the corrosion resistance, the adhesion, the flame resistance, the insulation and the weather resistance of the paint, so that the paint is severely waterproof and anticorrosive and used as the boat-bottom paint; the added methanesulfenamide can be used for reducing attachment of aquatic organisms and reducing the consumption of fuel, and the fluorescent powder is added to the bottom of the boat to increase identification degree and reduce loss. Moreover, the waste sodium silicate-bonded sand is modified, so that not only is pollution to environment reduced, but also the fire resistance and the fireproof performance of the paint are increased, and thus, the quality of the paint is further improved.
