The invention relates to a
powder aerosol generator for preventing a low-fluidity
drug from
caking. The
powder aerosol generator comprises a
rapping device, a diffuser and a controller (6) and is characterized in that the
rapping device comprises an
electromagnet (1), a cover plate (2), offsetting springs (3) and a bracket (4); the cover plate (2) is a top plate of a
toxicant exposure cabinet, and the
electromagnet (1) is fixed on the cover plate (2) through a screw; the bracket (4) is fixed on the cover plate (2) through four threaded rods fitted with the bracket (4), and a vibrating shaft on the
electromagnet (1) penetrates through circular holes in centers of the cover plate (2) and the bracket (4) and is stably connected with a
sprayer (5); middles of the offsetting springs (3) are provided with stainless-steel shafts with threads in a penetrating manner, and the stainless-steel shafts penetrate through circular holes in the bracket (4) and are stably connected with the
sprayer (5). According to the
powder aerosol generator, the diffuser is used for regulating a spraying
rhythm in a manner that the controller controls the frequency of opening of an
electromagnetic valve, so that the aim of controlling the amount of the
drug sprayed is achieved. Different sprayed
drug amount outputs can be obtained through adjusting different
control parameters, so that the problem in quantitative control on the drug sprayed is solved.
