Except for three species in South America, all Helianthus species are native to North America and Central America. The common name, "sunflower", typically refers to the popular annual species Helianthus annuus, or the common sunflower, whose round flower heads in combination with the ligules look like the sun. This and other species, notably Jerusalem artichoke (H. tuberosus), are cultivated in temperate regions and some tropical regions as food crops for humans, cattle, and poultry, and as ornamental plants. The invention provides a method for preparing environment-friendly and high-efficiency biological organic fertilizer by using distilled spirit vinasse, comprising the following steps of: puffing fermentation substrate by a threaded rod type puffing machine; transporting into a wet material mixing machine, cooling and adding microelement mineral salt, and inoculating bacterium liquid in proportion when the temperature is reduced to 30-35DEG C, completely mixing; and filling the inoculated and mixed fermentation substrate into a novel silica gel breathable membrane fermentation bag, packaging and sealing by an automatic metering and packing system, and fermenting for 5-7 at constant temperature in a fermentation room to obtain a finished product. The fermentation substrate is prepared by evenly mixing 50-60 parts by weight of distilled spirit vinasse, 5-10 parts by weight of humic acid, 5-15 parts by weight of sunflower husk powder, 5-10 parts by weight of ammonium sulfate, 5-10 parts by weight of potassium chloride and 5-10 parts by weight of corn steep liquor, wherein the water content of the fermentation substrate is 30-40 wt%; and the mixed bacterium liquid comprises bacterium liquid of streptomyces jingyangensis, clostridium butyricum, pseudomonas mendocina, azotobacter chroococcum and rhizopus oryzae.

The A44 microorganism bacterium agent can be compounded with sterile rotten livestock manure fertilizer, straw rotten matter, a binding agent and the like to form the bio-organic fertilizer. According to the bacterium agent and the bio-organic fertilizer thereof, the crop growth is significantly promoted, and compared with a control group, the corn biomass is increased by 80.9%, the peanut biomass is increased by 20.51%-24.14%, and the sunflower biomass is increased by 15.5%-32.3%; when the bacterium agent and the bio-organic fertilizer thereof are used in middle saline-alkali farmlands, the yield of sunflowers is increased by 33.3%; the growth promoting and yield increasing effects are not influenced by the used fertilizer, and the bacterium agent and the bio-organic fertilizer thereof can be applied on the condition that the fertilizer is normally used; the important significance on phosphate fertilizer resource saving, sustainable grain yield increasing and farmland ecology environment protecting of agricultural production in China is achieved.

The invention provides a preparation method of a nano zero-valent iron composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1) mixing a carrier with an iron salt solution in a protective atmosphere to obtain a carrier-iron salt suspension; and S2) in a protective atmosphere, mixing the carrier-iron salt suspension with a sunflower leaf extract, and carrying out a reaction toobtain the nano zero-valent iron composite material. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method takes the sunflower leaf extract as a reducing agent, and abundant plant resources are fully utilized; the required equipment is simple, the operation method is simple, the cost is low, and the environment friendliness is achieved; meanwhile, the obtained nano zero-valent iron has uniform material particles and has good dispersity, stability and reaction activity; and moreover, the components in the sunflower leaf extract can also interact with nanometer zero-valent iron, so that the capacity of treating uranium-containing wastewater by the composite material is improved.

The invention relates to a method for rapidly inducing broomrape germination of sunflowers under indoor conditions, in particular to a culture vessel filter paper method and an application thereof to identification of the broomrape resistance level of the sunflowers. Broomrape seeds are induced to germinate on an indoor culture vessel, moisture is preserved by filter paper, the germination condition of the seeds can be directly observed by a microscope, culture is continued for 3 weeks, and broomrape parasitism wart structures of the sunflowers can be observed with naked eyes. Compared with a nutrition bowl method, the steps of sunflower planting and later fine root counting, operation is facilitated, observation is easily realized, and time is greatly saved. A system can be built to rapidly screen and indentify the broomrape resistance level of different sunflower varieties, and serves as a premise and a basis for broomrape resistance breeding of the sunflowers. The identification result of a culture vessel filter paper method is effectively consistent with a field test result, so that the broomrape resistance level of the different sunflower varieties can be rapidly identified.
