The invention relates to application of a supported gold cluster catalyst to selective hydrogenation of an aromatic nitrocompound. A preparation method for the catalyst comprises the following steps: with a biological reagent containing mercaptan as a protective agent, preparing a precursor containing a gold cluster in advance; then impregnating a carrier with the precursor; and carrying out drying and roasting at a certain temperature so as to obtain the catalyst which can be directly applied to selective hydrogenation of the aromatic nitrocompound. The catalyst shows excellent activity and selectivity under mild reaction conditions; and compared with supported gold catalysts prepared by using a coprecipitation or deposition-precipitation method, the catalyst prepared in the invention is substantially advantaged in activity and selectivity.

[Solution] (1) A gold cluster catalyst that is obtained by having a carrier support clusters, each of which is an aggregate of a plurality of gold atoms, by having the carrier support a plurality of gold cluster compounds and then processing the gold cluster compounds on the carrier, each of said gold cluster compounds being stabilized by an organic ligand and comprising a predetermined number of gold atoms. This gold cluster catalyst is characterized in that each of the clusters has a particle diameter of 10 nm or less and is formed substantially only of gold atoms.

Preparation and synthesis of Au25 nanospheres with precise atom number and structure; a preparation method may synthesize the Au25 nanospheres simply and efficiently and may also serve for preparing a supported catalyst and for catalyzing organic reactions, such as Sonogashira coupling reaction. These gold cluster nanomaterials have precise microscopic structure. A synthetic method includes: dissolving chloroauric acid trihydrate (HAuCl4.3H2O) and tetraoctyl ammonium bromide (TOABr) in acetone, adding suitable 2-naphthalenethiol (2-NapSH) ligand, adding a strong reducing agent sodium borohydride for reduction, adding massive 2-naphthalenethiol at suitable temperature to allow for etching reaction to obtain the product Au25(2-NapS)18. The synthetic route related herein has the advantages that the materials are simple and easily accessible, reaction conditions are simple and feasible, and controlling is simple.

A high-efficiency nano-gold-based hydrogenation catalyst and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of preparation of a nano-gold-based catalyst with high catalytic activity and high selectivity. In the preparation method, a mixed solution of chloroauric acid and a bifunctional complexing agent is added to a uniform reverse micelle system under stirring conditions, followed by adding a reducing agent, then adding a bifunctional gold cluster complexing agent, and then adding alkali and silicic acid ester, and a highly efficient catalyst in which gold nanoclusters are dispersed in the porous structure of silica is obtained after stirring reaction. This catalyst can efficiently catalyze the hydrogenation reduction of aromatic nitro compounds to corresponding aromatic amines. In the presence of hydrazine hydrate, sodium borohydride and isopropanol, aromatic nitro compounds can be reduced to the corresponding aromatic amines under mild reaction conditions.

The present invention discloses an application of gold clusters in matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The application utilizes the gold clusters as a matrix,and uses the matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) to analyze small amino acid molecules, cyclodextrin, polyethylene glycol and the like. Resultsindicates that the gold clusters with bovine serum albumin (BSA) as templates are successfully synthesized, and the gold clusters are used as the matrix, molecular weight of the small molecule molecules, the cyclodextrin, the polyethylene glycol and the like are respectively determined by using the MALDI-TOF-MS, and the results broadens scope of use of the gold clusters.

Preparation method of gold cluster/TiO2 composite nano material

The invention discloses a preparation method of a gold cluster/TiO2 composite nano material, which comprises the following steps of (a) placing TiO2 nanopowder in chloroauric acid aqueous solution and conducting ultrasonic dispersion to obtain solution to be reacted; and (b) heating the solution to be reacted at 125-135 DEG C, adding trisodium citrate solution in an one-off mode under stirring when solution boils, continuously stirring when solution is changed from white to purple, and finally obtaining the gold cluster/TiO2 composite nano material in which TiO2 loads gold cluster structure. The obtained composite nano material has high catalytic activity compared with pure TiO2 nanoparticles, modified electrodes papered by using the composite nano material have strong sensibilization on electrochemical luminescence of luminol, dissolved oxygen and hydrogen peroxide can be sensitively detected, detection limit of the dissolved oxygen can achieve 2mu g/L, and detection limit of the hydrogen peroxide can achieve 5.54'10-12mol/L. Compared with reports capable of consulting at present, detection sensitivity of the dissolved oxygen and the hydrogen peroxide is obviously improved, and unexpected technique effects are achieved.

A synthetic method of gold nanoparticle catalysts having a controllable dimension, gold catalysts and applications of the catalysts

A synthetic method of simple gold nanoparticle catalysts having a controllable dimension, and applications of the catalysts are disclosed. Aurochloric acid is adopted as a gold source, poly(vinyl alcohol) is adopted as a protective agent, sodium borohydride is adopted as a reductant, and a direct reduction process is adopted to prepare a gold nanoparticle material. Aurochloric acid hydrate is hydrolyzed in water to form free Au<3+>. A series of gold clusters and gold nanoparticles having different dimensions and uniform particle sizes can be obtained through adjusting the concentration of Au<3+> and a mole ratio of the Au<3+> to the reductant. A carrier can be directly loaded with obtained gold colloid through a colloid process. The catalysts can be used for researches for understanding base mechanism of gold nanometer catalysts, and can be applied in simple catalytic reactions. Problems that dimensions are non-uniform and a gold utilization rate is low in a gold nanoparticle preparing process are overcome. Complex gold cluster and gold nanoparticle preparing methods at present are optimized. The cost is reduced. The method and the applications have certain economic value and research value.

The invention provides core-shell structured gold cluster-carbon dot nano-particles as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the gold cluster-carbon dot nano-particles, carbon dots are taken as a template, a nano gold cluster exists inside the template, the nano gold cluster and the carbon dots are connected by virtue of Au-N coordinate bonds, and the particle size of the gold cluster-carbon dot nano-particles is 3-5nm. The preparation method of the gold cluster-carbon dot nano-particles comprises the following steps: by taking carbon dots synthesized from polyethylene-polyamine and citric acid as a template, adding chloroauric acid, enabling the components to react in the presence of a reducing agent, so as to obtain the gold cluster-carbon dot nano-particles. The gold cluster-carbon dot nano-particles provided by the invention are uniform in particle size and good in dispersity, the nano gold cluster and the carbon dots are connected by virtue of the Au-N coordinate bonds, and the gold cluster is kept stable and is difficult to aggregate. The gold cluster-carbon dot nano-particles provided by the invention can be applied to intracellular oxidative stress amplification for tumor treatment.
