An ultra-weak fiber grating optical cable used for water temperature monitoring comprises an ultra-weak fiber grating array located at the center; an grease layer uniformly covering the ultra-weak fiber grating array in the axial direction; a metal tube wrapping the periphery of the ultra-weak fiber grating array and the grease layer; a reinforcing member for twisting surrounding in a spiral formaround the metal tube; and a sensor mark coated on the outside of the reinforcing member. The grating optical cable uses the metal tube to directly encapsulate the ultra-weak fiber grating array. By filling a small amount of grease along the grating array, the cumulative distribution of the remaining length of the fiber is suppressed, and the impact of the residual strain in the sensing fiber is reduced or eliminated while preventing water vapor from infiltrating the fiber. The ultra-weak fiber grating temperature-sensing optical cable manufactured by the method has a linear correlation of thecalibrated temperature curve of more than 0.999 and a temperature sensitivity fluctuation of less than 0.3pm / DEG C.

The method includes the following steps: multiple narrow-band rays are measured by the light input part to obtain multiple narrow-band spectrum impulse responses; a stray light database is built according to the narrow-band spectrum impulse responses; a correction program is generated according to the stray light database; and spectral radiant standard light is received from the light input part, and the spectrum measurement device enabling the correction program measures the spectrum of the spectral radiant standard light to obtain measured spectrum data; and a correction coefficient program is generated according to the measured spectrum data and spectral radiant standard spectrum data, and the correction coefficient program can match the measured spectrum data with the spectral radiant standard spectrum data.
