The invention relates to semi-conductive
ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) plastic for shielding and a production method thereof. A formula comprises EVA resin,
carbon black, a dispersant, a cross-linking agent, a
coupling agent and other aids. The
carbon black is highly dispersed under the actions of the dispersant and relevant aids and the
interlocking structures of
carbon black particles are used, so that an EVA plastic product has
high conductivity. The EVA plastic has the advantages of further enhancing the technology content of a cable, improving the
flame resistance and the high temperatureresistance of the cable, lowering product cost and enhancing economic benefit. A large amount of
graphite is added as a
flame-resistant and high temperature-resistant filler and enhances the
flame resistance of the cable together with an appropriate amount of chlorinated paraffin and
zinc stannate. The filler has high compatibility with other materials and high dispersibility and is matched with other stabilizers, so that a product has
high heat resistance stability and
flame resistance. Moreover, the lubricating performance of the product is improved to a large extent, a
polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mixture has high uniform plasticizing capacity and high-speed melt fluidity, and the product has
smooth surface, soft handfeel and high performance.
