food preparation methods. The preparation method comprises: cleaning and
cutting kelp strips into segments with a length of 1 cun;
cutting pork loin into strips, and starching by using yellow
wine, salt, eggs and clear water
starch;
cutting winter
bamboo shoot into strips; cutting 50 g of
auricularia auricula into strips,
scalding by using boiled water added with oil and salt, and taking the
auricularia auricular strips to be spare; cutting carrot into strips;
mincing bean paste; cutting pickled hot pepper; blending white
sugar, refined salt, soy sauce, vinegar, yellow
wine, and water
starch into gravy; adding oil to a pot, heating, frying the pork loin strips until cooking, taking the pork loin strips, and draining the oil, wherein a small amount of the oil is remained on the bottom of the pot; adding diced green onion, diced ginger, and garlic puree, and carrying out stir-frying until fragrance is generated; adding the minced bean sauce and the
cut pickled hot pepper, carrying out stir-frying for 10 min, adding the carrot strips and the
kelp strips after fragrance is generated, and carrying out stir-frying for 5 min; and adding the cooked pork loin strips, pouring the blended gravy in the bowl, and rapidly and uniformly stirring to obtain the finished product. The present invention provides a preparation method for an anti-
