The method comprises the stepsof cutting combs, namely, selecting the honey flowing season of the bees, on a movable frame, due to the fact that honey combs of the bees are fully distributed on the upper portion and the middle-upper portion of the movable frame, and powder combs and the brood combs are arranged at the middle portion and the lower portion of the movable frame, cutting down the honey combs at the upper portion of the movable frame through a knife, and keeping the brood combs and the powder combs against damage; 2, preparing a base, namely taking pure beeswax, and preparing a pure beeswax nest base accordingto the size and shape of the honey combs cut at the lower portion; and 3, supplementing the base, namely supplementing the prepared pure beewax on the portion, where the honey combs are cut off, of the movable frame, and smearing a small amount of honey at the joint, and feeding the bees with the honey taken out from the cut honey combs. The method for taking the honey without injuring the brood combs in movable frame breeding of the bees is provided.
