Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting glutathione by using a fluorescence enhancement method, which comprises the following steps: (1), putting a fluorescent material and glutathione into water, and uniformly mixing the mixture; (2), adding a surfactant, cations and anions into the mixed solution to form a glutathione fluorescence detection system; (3), uniformly mixing the prepared fluorescence detection system, and placing the mixture in an environment of 20-40 DEG C for detection; and (4), irradiating the fluorescence detection system by adopting 980nm excitation, and recording a fluorescence intensity F value at 550nm to obtain a product. According to the method, the characteristic that the up-conversion nano material can emit visible light under the excitation of near-infrared light is utilized, and the fluorescence of the up-conversion nano material can be enhanced in a system containing a surfactant, cations and anions, so that glutathione in the system is detected by high-sensitivity sensing, and the method is high in selectivity and good in stability.
