The particle type phosphate polymer is composed of polymer particles and water, the polymer particle is a core-shell structure nanoparticle formed by self-assembling polymers rich in phosphonic acid groups, carboxylic acid groups, phenyl groups and ether groups in water, a core layer of the polymer particle is composed of a hydrophobic aromatic polymer rich in phosphonic acid groups, and a shell layer of the polymer particle is a hydrophilic polycarboxylic acid comb-shaped polymer. The superplasticizer is good in water reducing performance, the slump retaining performance of the superplasticizer is far better than that of a common polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, the mixing amount of the superplasticizer can be effectively reduced when the superplasticizer is applied to actual engineering, and cost is saved; a one-pot method is adopted in the preparation process, efficiency is high, time is short, no organic solvent is used, environment friendliness is achieved, and large-scale production is easy to achieve; compared with the conventional polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, the superplasticizer disclosed by the invention can keep the initial and later fluidity of concrete at an excellent level under the condition of a relatively low mixing amount.
