corrosion coatings. The anti-drag
epoxy coating in the water-based pipeline comprises a first component and a second component. The first componentcomprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of a water-based epoxy
emulsion, 0.3-0.5 part of deionized water, 0.005-0.01 part of modified
graphene, 0.05-0.1 part of modified nano SiO2, 0.95-1.25 part of a
pigment filler, 0.01-0.02 part of a defoaming agent, 0.01-0.03 part of a dispersing agent, 0.01-0.03 part of a flatting agent, 0.01-0.02 part of an anti-flash-
rust agent, 0.01-0.02 part of an adhesion promoting agent, 0.01-0.02 part of a bactericide and 0.01-0.02 part of a
thickening agent. The second component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of a water-based
epoxy amine curing agent and 0.2 part of a coalescing agent. The anti-drag epoxy coating can greatly reduce
gas transmission resistance, and can be used for
corrosion prevention and protection of the inner wall of conveying pipelines for
natural gas conveying,
coal gas conveying, gas-liquid mixed conveying of
natural gas-condensed liquid and the like.
