The invention relates to a float-type
sludge scraping and suction
system and a
sludge scraping and suction operation method. The
system is composed of a secondary
sedimentation pond body, a float boat bridge crane and a
sludge suction and scraping device. The secondary
sedimentation pond body is used for separating
sediment sludge in a pond, and for removing pond bottom sludge. The float boat bridge crane drives the sludge suction and scraping device to perform reciprocation movements in the secondary
sedimentation pond. The suction and scraping device sucks and scraps
sediment sludge at the bottom of the secondary sedimentation pond. The overall body of the secondary sedimentation pond is a rectangular box body.
Reflux canals are arranged on the two sides of the secondary sedimentation pond body, and are arranged along the two sides of the secondary sedimentation pond body. The
reflux canals recovers the
sediment sludge at the bottom of the secondary sedimentation pond, and discharges the sludge out of the secondary sedimentation pond. The
system provided by the invention has the advantages of scientific design, simple structure, easy operation, small volume, smooth continuous travelling,
low noise, convenient maintenance, low maintenance cost, automatic travelling correction, simple structure, reasonably
layout, low investment, fast effect, low operation cost, convenient management, and wide application range. With the system, no additional
antifreeze or heat preservation facility is needed in winters. The system and the method can be widely applied in sedimentation ponds.
