The driving part comprises a driving coil and adriving body. The sensing part comprises an excitation coil, an induction coil and a sensing body. The driving body is mainly made of the magnetostrictive material. The driving body generates a magnetostrictive effect under the action of a driving signal. The driving body is elongated or shortened, so that the driving part outputs displacement and force. The sensing body is mainly made of the magnetostrictive material. The induction coil outputs an induction signal V1 under the action of an excitation signal. After the sensing part is subjected to the impact from the driving part, the magneticfield of the sensing body changes, and the induction signal output by the induction coil of the sensing part is changed to V2. The displacement and force of the driving part are detected by measuringthe signal change V output by the induction coil. According to the invention, the functions of the driver and a sensor can be realized at the same time, and the structure compactness, the driving precision and the sensing efficiency are improved.
