The invention discloses a household garbage recycling harmless
treatment system. The
system comprises a garbage sorting mechanism, a mechanism for anaerobic-aerobic preparation of a bio-
organic fertilizer from garbage, a garbage burning mechanism and a
flue gas purification mechanism. The garbage sorting mechanism, the mechanism for anaerobic-aerobic preparation of the bio-
organic fertilizer from the garbage, the garbage burning mechanism and the
flue gas purification mechanism are connected into one part through a
conveyor belt. The garbage sorting mechanism is separately connected to the mechanism for anaerobic-aerobic preparation of the bio-
organic fertilizer from the garbage and to the garbage burning mechanism. The
flue gas purification mechanism is connected to the garbage burning mechanism. The
system is connected into one part through the
conveyor belt and is automatically operated, labor-saving and time-saving. The
system can treat the household garbage systematically and cleanly without residue. The system can recycle most of the household garbage, wherein organic maters are prepared into the bio-organic
fertilizer and
plastic film are recycled and regenerated. Hot wind and
marsh gas are adopted to help burning of an incinerator, the
furnace temperature is high, the burning is complete, and dioxin can be cracked. The
flue gas purification mechanism is provided with a
flue gas quencher to prevent the generation of the dioxin. The
treatment system is environmental friendly and free of secondary
pollution, and is particularly suitable to be used in villages, towns, and middle-sized and small cities.
