The invention provides a preparation method of petroleum-based mesophase pitch having a uniform molecular structure and a low softening point. The method comprises carrying out reduced pressure distillation on catalytic cracking oil slurry of naphthenic crude oil, taking a fraction having a boiling point of 380 and 540 DEG C as a raw material, carrying out a reaction process at a temperature of 380 to 450 DEG C under pressure of 4 MPa for 1 to 14 hours to obtain petroleum asphalt having a softening point of 110 to 180 DEG C, adding 1 to 15wt% of a hydrogen donor into the raw material, carrying out a self-pressure reaction process at 380 to 420 DEG C under nitrogen initial pressure of 5MPa for 1 to 8h, reducing the pressure to the normal pressure, cooling the product to 350 DEG C, carrying out high purity nitrogen purging for 0.5h to obtain hydrogenated asphalt, and carrying out a reaction process on the hydrogenated asphalt at 400 to 480 DEG C under pressure of 4MPa for 2 to 16h to obtain high quality mesophase pitch. The preparation method has simple processes and realizes a low production cost. The petroleum-based mesophase pitch has anisotropic structure content greater than 98%, a lower softening point of 230 to 250 DEG C, has a large basin type optical structure and good spinnability and is an excellent precursor for production of high modulus carbon fibers.

The present invention provides a method for preparing carbon nanotube fibers with improved spinning properties using a surfactant and carbon nanotube fibers prepared by the method. According to the method for preparing carbon nanotube fibers of the present invention, the addition of a surfactant during the preparation of carbon nanotubes interrupts and delays the agglomeration of catalyst particles, which reduces the size of the catalyst particles and uniformly disperses the catalyst particles that play a key role in the formation of carbon nanotube fibers, thus increasing the strength and conductivity of carbon nanotube fibers and improving the spinning properties. While convention methods prepare carbon nanotube fibers by injecting a catalytic material for the synthesis of carbon nanotubes in a high-pressure supercritical state to be uniformly dispersed, the present invention uses a dispersant and thus does not require the injection in a high-pressure supercritical state.

The invention discloses a power spinning spinnability analysis value simulating method, which comprises the steps of acquiring technological parameters of a spinning roller, a mold and a panel veneer; calculating coordinates of a reference point MO of the spinning roller before being subjected to spinning forming according to the technological parameters; calculating the locus of the spinning roller according to the technological parameters and the reference point MO of the spinning roller before being subjected to spinning forming; using finite element software to carry out finite element modeling, and drawing grids of the panel veneer according to the obtained technological parameters, the obtained reference point MO of the spinning roller before being subjected to spinning forming and the obtained locus of the spinning roller to obtain a power spinning finite element model; carrying out analog simulation on the obtained power spinning finite element model so as to obtain coordinates of multiple points on the outer generatrix of a workpiece generated by final forming of the panel veneer, and coordinates of multiple points on the inner generatrix on the grids of the panel veneer corresponding to the coordinates; subtracting the corresponding coordinates of the points on the inner generatrix on the grids of the panel veneer from the coordinates of the multiple points on the outer generatrix so as to find out the minimum difference of the two coordinates to be used as the minimum thickness of the panel veneer. The power spinning spinnability analysis value simulating method can be used for guiding power spinning production and has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency and short period.
