The invention relates to the field of the preparation of nonmetallic materials, and provides a preparation method of a composite
coal-based adsorbing material. The invention comprises the following steps of: using low-rank
coal as raw materials, crushing the low-rank
coal, sieving the crushed low-rank coal, adding a
silicon aluminum cross-linking agent, and uniformly mixing the sieved low-rank coal and the
silicon aluminum cross-linking agent, wherein the weight proportion of the low-rank coal to the
silicon aluminum cross-linking agent is 100:(1-5); feeding uniformly mixed fine materials into a
muffle furnace, under the effect of
nitrogen protection, warming the fine materials to 400-500 DEG C, and maintaining the temperature for 30-45 minutes; enabling steam to be continuously led into the
muffle furnace, raising temperature to 700-800 DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 45-60 minutes, and then naturally cooling the fine materials to a
room temperature; and baking the cooled materials so as to obtain the composite coal-based
activated carbon material. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and easy to operate, the cost of the raw materials is low, and the
operating cost is low; the prepared composite coal-based adsorbing material is good in adsorbability, and high in
combustion activity, and the coal can be effectively recycled.
