The invention discloses a new green synthesizing process for a ketocoumaran compound. The synthesizing process comprises the following steps: in the absence of a solvent, performing condensation reaction of a mandelic acid compound and hydroquinol under the action of a little amount of acid catalyst to obtain a full condensed intermediate, wherein the acid catalyst is selected from one of 10 to 37 percent concentrated hydrochloric acid, 60 to 98 percent concentrated sulfuric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, 80 to 98 percent phosphoric acid, polyphosphoric acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid, trifloromethanesulfonic acid, benzoic acid, ammonium acetate, ammonium chloride, KF, TiC14, NiCl2, CuSO4, Cu(OAc)2, ZnCl2, AlCl3, Fe(NO3)3, FeCl3 and SnCl2; and performing oxidation reaction of full condensed intermediate under the action of an oxidant to obtain a final product ketocoumaran compound. The synthesizing process of the invention is simple, and has low energy consumption and little environmental pollution.

The invention discloses a hypocrellin derivative containing a long-chain quaternary ammonium salt, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The structural general formula of the derivative is represented by formula (1) or formula (2) shown in the description. In the formula (1) and the formula (2), X is N, O or S; m is not lower than 2 and not greater than 20, n is not lower than 0 and not greater than 10, p is not lower than 1 and not greater than 2, and m, n and p are positive integers; R1, R2 and R3 are C1-C20 alkyl groups respectively; HA is hypocrellin A; and HB is hypocrellin B. Hypocrellin is modified with long-chain quaternary ammonium salt for the first time, so the water solubility and the biocompatibility of the hypocrellin are enhanced; and the derivative has good oil and water amphipathicity, can effectively combine negatively charged species in organisms, and especially has very good nucleophilicity to tumor cells. The invention provides a pure organic dye containing conjugated units of different heterocyclic rings and derivatives thereof and application thereof in a dye-sensitized solar cell. The pure organic dye belongs to molecules of a D-phi-A structure. Segments of a donor, a phi conjugated system and a receptor are properly adjusted and controlled respectively to form the pure organic dye with wide spectral response and high molar extinction coefficient. The absorption spectrum of the pure organic dye is over 570 nanometers already close to the absorption of ruthenium dye; and when the pure organic dye is applied to the dye-sensitized solar cell, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of more than 10 percent is obtained, so the dye is the current most efficient and stable pure organic dye.

According to theinvention, boron fluoride complex dipyrrole methine is used as a matrix, a diphenylacetylene rigid structure is introduced into a No. 8 position through a Sonogashira coupling reaction, a series of BODIPY-type dichroic dye of the 8-methyl-(diphenylethinyl)-ester group flexible multi-element rings is designed and synthetized by connecting bicyclohexyl, cholesterol and other flexible multi-element rings with a diphenyl acetenyl group through an esterification reaction. The maximum emission wavelength of the compound in dichloromethane is all concentrated at about 525nm, so that the compound presents green fluorescence, and a good dichroic ratio and ordered parameters are shown in liquid crystal E7; the liquid crystal compound has a liquid crystal intermediate phase in the temperature range of 100-280 DEG C, and can be used for manufacturing liquid crystal display products, particularly, the liquid crystal compound is used as a guest dye for a guest host mode liquid crystal display; whenthe compound is added to E7 liquid crystal and used in a guest host display mode, the response time can be improved, and the effect of quick response can be achieved.

The invention relates to design synthesis and application of a near-infrared two-window fluorescence probe based on Aza-BODIPY, and belongs to the field of organic fluorescence probes. A near-infraredtwo-area dyestuff (NIR-II, 1000-1700nm) has a long emission wavelength and less light scattering and tissue autofluorescence interference so as to obtain better resolution ratio and imaging depth inbioimaging. Method for detecting aflatoxin M1

The invention relates to a method for detecting aflatoxin M1. According to the method, aflatoxin B1 marked by enzyme is taken as a competitive antigen, and on the basis of a dynamic light scattering technology, the aflatoxin M1 is detected through a direct competitive enzyme linked immunoassay analysis method. The method reduces the affinity between the competitive antigen and a monoclonal antibody of the aflatoxin M1, and the problem is solved that the sensitivity is reduced due to the fact that the competitive antigen is not easily competed by s target competitive antigen; the detection of an output signal is performed by means of the dynamic light scattering method, compared with a traditional direct competitive enzyme linked immunoassay analysis method, the detection sensitivity can beimproved, and the trace detection of the aflatoxin M1 can be achieved.
