The method has simple preparation process, good bacterium carrying effect and large viable bacteria quantity. The invention effectively solves the problems of the currently used bacterium agent vector. The method has high practicality and economy. The production and acquisition of the raw materials are environmental-friendly and non-polluted. The prepared bacterium agent product is convenient to use. The vector substrate can be degraded after being applied into the soil and the negative effects cannot be generated to the soil environment.
