Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a vector substrate of a plant growth promoting bacterium agent from green straws, which comprises the following steps of: (a) raw material processing; (b) raw material extracting; (c) filtration and neutralization; and (d) drying. In the method, the raw materials are sufficient and the price is low. Excessive soluble saccharides and proteins in the green straws are removed by adopting a hot water extracting or microwave irradiation extracting method, so that only a small amount of soluble carbon and nitrogen sources exists in green straw powder and more slightly soluble nutrient substances are decomposed and utilized by planted strains. The method has simple preparation process, good bacterium carrying effect and large viable bacteria quantity. The invention effectively solves the problems of the currently used bacterium agent vector. The method has high practicality and economy. The production and acquisition of the raw materials are environmental-friendly and non-polluted. The prepared bacterium agent product is convenient to use.
