System and method for warm air space heating with electrical power generation

This invention provides a system and method for cogeneration of building heat and electric power and that efficiently interfaces a warm air heating system with a liquid-cooled electric power generator. The system and method utilizes an electric generator that is rated at near the time-averaged electric power consumption for the building. This generator is operated as the priority source of heat for the building, but normally only when there is a demand for heat in building. In this manner, the generator can run to generate a significant part of the building's electric power but in a manner that is typically supplemented in variable quantities by power from a public power grid. The heat output is directed via a liquid coolant circuit on the generator, as needed, to the warm air heating unit for the building. The warm air heating unit blows return air through a cabinet and out to the supply duct(s). The warm liquid coolant is directed through a primary heat exchanger in the cabinet. The air is passed over this primary heat exchanger to provide heat to the building. When heat from primary heat exchanger is insufficient to heat the building fully, an auxiliary heater, operated typically by burning fuel, supplements the heat through one or more auxiliary heat exchangers arranged in line along the airflow path with the primary heat exchanger. The blower that directs the airflow is controlled variably in speed to create the most efficient use of electric power by the blower and a desirable heated air delivery temperature.

The regasification system includes a heat input source of exhaust gas heat exchangers, electric water heaters and supplemental heaters to provide an additional heat source to a hot water circulating loop. The liquefied natural gas contacts the hot water or heating medium circulating loop and is regasified. An undersea conduit from the ship transmits the regasified natural gas to an on shore plant.

The invention provides a crop straw medium density fiberboard by natural gum. Raw materials of the medium density fiberboard comprise crop straw fiber, a bonding agent, a waterproof and lubricating agent and a flame retardant, wherein the bonding agent is natural gum and comprises plant gum and animal gum; the waterproof and lubricating agent is natural wax, stearic acid or stearate; and the flame retardant is non-toxic and harmless flame retardant. The mixture ratio for all the raw materials by weight percent is: 75 to 93 percent of the crop straw fiber, 1 to 8 percent of the bonding agent (dried), 0.5 to 8 percent of the waterproof and lubricating agent, and 5.5 to 23.5 percent of the flame retardant. All the raw materials are produced into a finished product through mixing, sizing, spreading, prepressing, hot pressing and edge cutting; and microwave is used for auxiliary heating in the hot pressing phase. The crop straw medium density fiberboard by the natural gum can realize complete degradation under natural condition after the medium density fiberboard is abandoned or destroyed without any nonreversible destruction to the environment, so the production and application of the crop straw medium density fiberboard realize complete sustainability and recyclability, and have significant realistic and historic significance.

The method includes the following steps that: mounting a set of small oil gun igniting system at an inlet air passage of a coal mill for preheating the cold air entering the coal mill and enabling the coal mill to satisfy the working conditions; communicating coal economizer ash conveying gas source of the boiler with a soot blowing steam pipeline of an air preheater through a shutoff valve for supplying soot blowing medium of the air preheater; starting a shaft seal steam valve on a main steam pipeline after the boiler is ignited for supplying steam for shaft seal of a turbine; and supplying steam to an auxiliary steam header of the generating set after the boiler is ignited and the combustion steam reaches a certain parameter, and then supplying steam by the auxiliary steam header for the rolling of a water thermal power deoxidizing and steam-driven feedwater pump. The invention has the advantages that as the cold start of the generating set can be realized through the ignition of the plasma installed in the combustor and the stable combustion technology under the conditions that no starting boiler room is independently established or the external heat source is insufficient, and the operating cost and the labor cost of the power plant are greatly reduced.
