According to the method provided by the invention, an outer hole of an organic dispersed carbon nano tube is plugged by tungsten carbide, electrocatalytic efficiency of the counter electrode is improved, the surface of the carbon nano tube ismodified by paranitroaniline diazo salt, convective heat loss of the electrode material is reduced, photoelectric conversion energy storage is also facilitated, titanium dioxide added in the coating plays a role in a flatting effect and a function of increasing specific area of the surface, photoelectric conversion efficiency of the electrode material is improved, thus, the method has wide application foreground.
