The invention relates to an overall method for development and
pollution control of the brown field. The overall method includes surveying related data of
pollution of the brown field, implementing staging processes of
pollution control engineering, construction and property operation and the like overall, performing ex-situ
control engineering to contaminated soil which is excavated during construction, performing surface control to contaminated soil, which may have
bed influence to security of
human settlement, of the field which is not required to be excavated during construction, and to a great quantity of contaminated soil and subsurface
sewage which are isolated by the safety surface
horizon, washing the field by rainfall or
water supply during the period of property operation and then treating
sewage which permeates into a subsurface
sewage disposal tank. In the prior art, the ex-situ control method has the disadvantages of high cost due to large quantity of contaminated soil, and the in-situ control method has the
disadvantage of long construction period. As compared with the prior art, the contaminated soil excavation process for the ex-situ control is substituted by the excavation process during the construction, and contaminated soil of the field not required to be excavated is subjected to in-situ remediation by washing through rainfall or
water supply. Therefore, the overall method has the advantages of low cost and short construction period.
