An air conditioner control method includes the following steps that firstly, historic physiological parameters of a user, indoor environment parameters, personal parameters and a thermal comfort degree subjective assessment result are trained and a human body thermal comfort degree model of the user is acquired; secondly, all the parameters of the user at the current moment are acquired and input into the human body thermal comfort degree model, a PMV output value is acquired, and according to the PMV output value, an operation command is output; thirdly, the operation command is sent to an air conditioner to change the operation state of the air conditioner; fourthly, after a period of time, the second step is conducted continuously till the PMV output value is within a preset PMV threshold value range. The invention further provides an air conditioner control system using the method. By the adoption of the air conditioner control method and system, the human body thermal comfort degree serves as a starting point, an air conditioner adjusting mode suitable for the user is adopted according to the thermal comfort condition of the current user, an air conditioner system is intelligently and automatically adjusted, and dynamic thermal comfort control of the indoor environment is achieved.
