According to the method for improving the high-temperature creep performance of the titanium alloy substrate, the high-energy plasma spray-plating technology is used for preparing a nickel-based alloy bottom layer and a ceramic surface layer on the surface of a titanium alloy to obtain a thermal-barrier function layer with high bonding and no influence on the surface structure of the substrate. The process flow is controlled strictly with reasonable spray-plating process parameters, so that the porosity of a coating is controlled within a reasonable range, and the comprehensive mechanical properties are effectively improved. The deposited thermal barrier function layer caneffectively restrain the creep deformation of the titanium alloy substrate while effectively improving the high temperature oxidation resistance and thermal insulation performance of the titanium alloy, and the service life of the titanium alloy part is greatly prolonged.
