High-elastic antibacterial vertical cotton with a fiber-bonded honeycomb structure comprises back-and-forth Z-shaped sequentially stacked fiber meshes. Antibacterial agents are sprayed into the fiber meshes, the fiber meshes are sequentially connected end to end, and hot-melting fibers are clamped between the adjacent fiber meshes. During manufacture, the fiber meshes are prepared by mesh forming pre-preparation and mechanical combing mesh forming procedures and are mixtures of low-melting-point polyester staple fibers and elastic polyester staple fibers, the weight percent of the low-melting-point polyester staple fibers is 15%-35%, and the weight percent of the elastic polyester staple fibers is 65%-85%. After the antibacterial agents are sprayed into the fiber meshes, the fiber meshes are vertically laid by a vertical mesh laying procedure, the hot-melting fibers are spread among the fiber meshes, and the high-elastic antibacterial vertical cotton with the fiber-bonded honeycomb structure is prepared by drying, trimming and winding procedures. The invention provides a dyeing and finishing system and process of plain polyester filament yarn-dyed fabric. The system comprises a tank that is divided into an electrostatic chamber and a dyeing chamber; fabric is conveyed from the electrostatic chamber to the dyeing chamber and is discharged out of the dyeing chamber; an electrostatic dedusting mechanism is arranged in the electrostatic chamber for dedusting the fabric; a dyeing mechanism is arranged in the dyeing chamber; when fabric enters a dyeing liquid, the dyeing liquid may strip part of impurities; the dedusting component strips therest articles so that the fabric is rocked and the stripped impurities are pushed out of a soaking dyeing passage; the problem is solved that when the dedusting component in contact with a dyeing liquid for dyeing, the impurities form color defects on the fabric; therefore, dyeing efficiency is improved at the premise of ensuring fabric dye quality.

Novel ultraviolet detector based on air discharge of friction nano-generator and detecting method thereof

The invention provides a novel ultraviolet detector based on air discharge of a friction generator and a detecting method thereof. The ultraviolet detector is still based on a semiconductor material surface oxygen adsorption desorption mechanism, and comprises an ionized air assembly and an ultraviolet detecting assembly. The ionized air assembly includes a friction nano-generator, a rectifying circuit and a discharge probe. The friction nano-generator includes two opposite moving parts. The two opposite moving parts can switch back and forth between a separated state and a contact state to form an AC pulse signal, and an output end of the friction nano-generator is electrically connected with an input end of the rectifying circuit to transmit the AC pulse signal. A negative electrode output end of the rectifying circuit is connected to the discharge probe, and a positive electrode output end of the rectifying circuit is grounded. According to the invention, the high-voltage output isprovided by the friction nano-generator, the air is directly ionized to generate O2, and the dependence of the oxygen adsorption on the surface of the semiconductor material layer on the concentrationof free electrons is fundamentally eliminated.
