An
ion wind heat dissipating device includes a
metal body electrically connected with a
voltage source and provided with a plurality of sharp structures as well as a
metal grounding body arranged at corresponding positions sharp structures of the
metal body at a preset distance and grounded. The metal body is a sheet-shaped body, and the sharp structures are in saw-teeth shape and formed on the same side of the sheet-shaped body. By applying
voltage on the sharp structures of the metal body,
corona phenomenon is generated between the sharp structures and the grounded metal grounding body to perform
ionization on air close to the sharp structures, and the
ionized air generates incompatibility with the same charges on the sharp structures and then emits ions to the metal grounding body to convert the metal grounding body into an
ion receiver and further to form electric wind or balled
ion wind which drives air flow to flow from the metal body to the metal grounding body, thereby generating hat dissipating effect.
