The surface glaze comprises 20-25 parts of nepheline syenite, 10-15 parts of boron silicate, 10-15 parts of low temperature lead-free frit, 8-10 parts of quartz, 15 parts of calcium carbonate, 3 parts of barium carbonate, 7 parts of calcined zinc oxide, 7 parts of glass powder, 10 parts of kaolin and 3-5 parts of vanadium pentoxide. A preparation method comprises preparation of three layers of glaze, glazing and firing. The product patterns have three-dimensional aesthetic feeling.
