system special for a painting workshop. The adsorption
system comprises a spraying filter device and an adsorption
bed with a controllable output concentration, wherein the spraying filter device comprises a
tower body; one side of an air outlet of the
tower body is fixedly provided with a filter; an air inlet of the filter is communicated with an air outlet of the
tower body; the filter is internally provided with a
particle filter layer horizontally; a
desorption gas circulation outlet is formed in the adsorption
bed with the controllable output concentration; the
desorption gas circulation outlet is connected with an air inlet of an electric heater through a pipeline; an air outlet of the electric heater is connected with an air inlet of a
desorption gas circulating fan through a pipeline; an air outlet of the desorption gas circulating fan is connected with a desorption gas circulation inlet in the adsorption
bed through a pipeline. The adsorption
system outputs industrial volatile organic pollutants with the controllable concentration, provides a guarantee for
sustainable energy conservation, and can effectively separate
oil paint fog from the industrial volatile organic pollutants, thus improving the
processing efficiency of the industrial volatile organic pollutants and guaranteeing the
regular production.
