A roof top cooling unit has an evaporative cooling section that includes at least one evaporative module that pre-cools ventilation air and water; a condenser; a water reservoir and pump that captures and re-circulates water within the evaporative modules; a fan that exhausts air from the building and the evaporative modules and systems that refill and drain the water reservoir. The cooling unit also has a refrigerant section that includes a compressor, an expansion device, evaporator and condenser heat exchangers, and connecting refrigerant piping. Supply air components include a blower, an air filter, a cooling and/or heating coil to condition air for supply to the building, and optional dampers that, in designs that supply less than 100% outdoor air to the building, control the mixture of return and ventilation air.

A cogeneration system is disclosed which includes a generator, a drive source for driving the generator, a waste heat supplying heat exchanger for enhancing the heating performance of a heat pump type air conditioner, an auxiliary heating heat exchanger using the waste heat of the drive source as a heat source for heating indoor air, and a regeneration heat supplying heat exchanger using the waste heat of the drive source as a heat source for regenerating a dehumidifier. The cogeneration system can use the waste heat of the drive source for diverse purposes in accordance with the indoor environment, and can have a maximal efficiency.

The ventilator may include a housing having mating halves of a molded polymeric material, first and second chambers disposed within the housing to convey separate first and second streams of air, a heat exchanger configured to intersect the first and second chambers, a first fan to circulate the first air stream through the first chamber, a second fan to circulate the second air stream through the second chamber, and a fan motor driving the first and second fans. This invention relates in general to air exchange systems and, in particular, to an improved energy recovery ventilator, a cross flow plate core associated therewith and a method of conditioning air for a building. The objective of the present invention is to provide a system which allows efficient air-conditioning heat recovery during ventilation and is applicable to ordinary housing. In order to achieve the above objective, a central ventilation fan 110 is connected to a heat exchanger 120 via a ventilation pipe. Air collected in the central ventilation fan 110 is emitted via the heat exchanger 120 from a device after recovering heat from heated exhaust air from each room by the heat exchanger 120. On the other hand, the heat exchanger 120 is connected to a tank 130 via a water suction/drainage pipe. Water drawn up from the tank 130 by a pump 140 is heated by the heat exchanger 120 and then returned to the tank 130 again. The heat exchanger 120 uses the Peltier device to cool the exhaust air from the central ventilation fan 110, and heat water in the tank 130 at the same time, thereby efficiently transferring air heat from each room to water. Efficient transfer of heat using the Peltier device allows a higher temperature of the water from the heat exchanger than the exhaust air temperature.

The invention relates to the field of heating ventilation air conditioners, in particular to an improved air treatment method and a fresh air conditioner device. The fresh air conditioner provided by the invention and a design and manufacture method of the fresh air conditioner are applicable throughout the year in various regions, particularly in the damp and hot regions; and the fresh air system provides controlled, comfortable and healthy air environments for indoor activity space of people and air conditioner environments for technology for processing, storage and the like.

The invention discloses a heat recovery type multi-connection air condition unit, comprising at least one outdoor unit, a plurality of indoor units and at least one hot and cold converter. The outdoor unit comprises a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a subcooler, two four-way reversing valves and three refrigerant pipelines; each indoor unit comprises an indoor heat exchanger; and the hot and cold converter comprises expansion valves and a bypass capillary, wherein the expansion valves control the on-off of a high pressure air pipe and a low pressure air pipe, and the bypass capillary is arranged between the high pressure air pipe and the low pressure air pipe. When the indoor unit connected with the hot and cold converter is used for heating, the expansion valve at the high pressure air pipe side is turned on and the expansion valve at the low pressure air pipe side is turned off to realize the connection of the air pipe of the indoor unit and the high pressure air pipe. When the indoor unit connected with the hot and cold converter is used for cooling, the expansion valve at the low pressure air pipe side is turned on and the expansion valve of the high pressure air pipe is turned off to realize the connection of the air pipe of the indoor unit and the low pressure air pipe. By the air condition unit, the combination of the units as well as the function of two-pipe heat pump air condition can be realized, and the common two-pipe heat pump air conditioner and the heat recovery type air conditioner capable of cooling and heating simultaneously are effectively combined.
