Sine alternating-current voltage received by the controllable silicon dimming circuit is processed by controllable silicon and a rectified bridge to obtain default phase input voltage, and the default phase input voltage is input to a power level circuit to perform electric energy conversion so as to drive light load. The leakage circuit is used for controlling a main switch tube in the power level circuit in a first preset time interval so as to perform opening and closing movement in a specific mode to provide a charging circuit loop for a controllable silicon circuit. The controllable silicon dimming circuit does not need extra leakage switches and related elements, is simple in structure, does not generate extra energy consumption in a leakage process, and improves utilization efficiency of electric energy.
