The outdoor unit comprises a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a subcooler, two four-way reversing valves and three refrigerant pipelines; each indoor unit comprises an indoor heat exchanger; and the hot and cold converter comprises expansion valves and a bypass capillary, wherein the expansion valves control the on-off of a high pressure air pipe and a low pressure air pipe, and the bypass capillary is arranged between the high pressure air pipe and the low pressure air pipe. When the indoor unit connected with the hot and cold converter is used for heating, the expansion valve at the high pressure air pipe side is turned on and the expansion valve at the low pressure air pipe side is turned off to realize the connection of the air pipe of the indoor unit and the high pressure air pipe.
