Method for synthesizing self-assembled VSe2 nanosheets

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing self-assembled VSe2 nanosheets. The method comprises the steps: (1) performing pretreatment of carbon cloth; (2) weighing selenourea and a vanadium source, dissolving the weighed selenourea and vanadium source in 30 mL of a solution, performing magnetic and uniform stirring, and then putting the treated carbon cloth (CC) so as to obtain a mixed liquid; and (3) transferring the mixed liquid obtained in the step (2) to a 50 mL high-temperature high-pressure reactor with a para-polybenzene lining, then adding an ammonium fluoride morphology regulating agent to the reactor, sealing the reactor, and placing the sealed reactor in an oven for a hydrothermal reaction; and performing natural cooling to room temperature, taking the carbon cloth out,and performing rinsing and vacuum drying so as to obtain a self-assembled VSe2 / CC nanosheet array self-supporting electrode. Through adoption of the hydrothermal method, the advantages of a simple process, a short preparation cycle and easily controllable reaction conditions are achieved, and the reaction process and the morphology and size can be controlled through adjustment of the temperature,so that multiple special morphology structures are obtained, and different morphological features have great influences on the properties of the material.

Synthesis method for controlling antimony selenide nanostructure shapes

Methods are provided for controlling the shape of antimony selenide (Sb2Se3) synthesized nanostructures. The method dissolves an antimony (III) salt in a first amount of carboxylic acid, forming an antimony precursor. In one aspect, antimony (III) chloride is dissolved in oleic acid. Separately, selenourea is dissolved in oleylamine, forming a selenium precursor. The antimony precursor is combined with the selenium precursor to form a first solution and cause a reaction. The reaction is quenched with a solvent having a low boiling point. In response to quenching the reaction in the first solution, antimony selenide nanorods are formed, having a length in the range of 150-200 nanometers (nm) and a diameter in the range of 20 to 30 nm. Related methods can be used to create, shorter nanorods, nanocrystals, and hollow nanospheres.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a germanium selenide nano material and application of the germanium selenide nano material. Selenourea warhead and building method thereof

The invention discloses a selenourea warhead and a building method thereof. A thiourea sirtuin inhibition warhead is developed, a compound containing the selenourea warhead is endowed with the mechanism, of inhibiting catalytic activity of sirtuin, similar to that of the thiourea sirtuin inhibition warhead, namely, the selenourea warhead can be recognized as a substrate by the sirtuin and forms a stable isothiourea (or isoselenourea) intermediate which cannot be further converted through catalytic treatment of the sirtuin. The sirtuin inhibition warhead has a higher sirtuin inhibition effect and higher antioxidant capacity than the thiourea sirtuin inhibition warhead, and can be applied to a sirtuin inhibitor as a novel drug for treating human diseases.

A two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide thin film and its preparation method

The invention discloses a two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that A and B are mixed and then added into a C solution, and thus a precursor solution is obtained, wherein A is molybdenum pentachloride or tungsten tetrachloride, B is thiourea or selenourea, and C is isopropanol, or ethyl alcohol or methyl alcohol; the precursor solution is smeared on a silicon wafer with an oxidation layer; and a precursor placed on the surface of the silicon wafer is irradiated by a laser with the output power being 20-200 W for 0.02-2 s under the vacuum environment or the inert atmosphere environment, and thus the two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide film is obtained. According to the preparation method, the two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide film is prepared through a laser, the technological process is simple, the two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide film with the high quality can be obtained in a short time, and the preparation method is suitable for large batch production of the two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide films.
