The aluminum silicon carbide layer is composed of silicon carbide and pure aluminum or aluminum alloy, and the volume fraction of the silicon carbide ranges from 30% to 70%. The preparing method comprises the steps that silicon carbide pelleting powder is prepared firstly, then silicon carbide preformed parts are prepared, and the aluminum silicon carbide composite material with the laser welding layer is prepared in the vacuum pressure impregnation method finally. The aluminum silicon carbide composite material is good in weldability and gas tightness, high in heat conductivity, low in coefficient of thermal expansion, simple in preparing method, efficient and low in cost.

Pulsed high magnetic field auxiliary laser welding method and device

The invention discloses a pulsed high magnetic field auxiliary laser welding method and device. The method and device can be applied to laser spot welding and seam welding. According to the method, in the overall welding process, laser beams are emitted to a workpiece to form a welding connector, a high pulsed magnetic field is exerted to the welding connector which is just solidified and the surrounding area, the pulsed magnetic field generates pressure stress on the surface of the workpiece to enable the connector area to have plastic deformation, residual stress is released to lower the degree of stress concentration and the degree of structural deformation of the welding connector, and the fatigue strength of the welding connector is improved. The device comprises a laser, a pulsed magnetic field generator, a numerical control system, an optical transmission system and a laser pulsed magnetic field composite processing head. The processing head is used for integrating the laser beams and the high pulsed magnetic field, and regulating the perpendicular distance between an electromagnetic conversion device and the surface of the workpiece and the horizontal distance between the electromagnetic conversion device and the laser beams. By means of the pulsed high magnetic field auxiliary laser welding method and device, structural deformation can be lowered, welding quality and processing efficiency are improved, and the processing effect which is superior to that of an existing laser welding process is achieved.

Orbital welding device for pipeline construction

The invention relates to an orbital welding device for mobile use in order to join a first pipe ( 1 ) and a second pipe end ( 2 ) along a circumferential joint ( 3 ) by at least one weld seam ( 4 ), particularly for producing a pipeline ( 5 ) to be placed on land. The inventive device includes a guide ring ( 6 ), which can be oriented toward the first pipe end ( 1 ) and the circumferential joint ( 3 ), and an orbital carriage ( 7 ) that can be motor-displaced along the guide ring ( 6 ) via an advancing device ( 8 ). On the orbital carriage ( 7 ), a laser welding head ( 12 ) for directing a laser beam ( 10 ) into a laser welding zone ( 13 ) is mounted in a manner that enables it to be oriented toward the circumferential joint ( 3 ) whereby enabling the production of the weld seam ( 4 ) along the circumferential joint ( 3 ) by displacing the orbital carriage ( 7 ). The laser beam ( 10 ) is produced by a high-power fiber laser beam source ( 9 ) located, in particular, on a mobile transport vehicle ( 35 ) while being situated at a distance from the orbital carriage ( 7 ), is guided by light guide ( 11 ) passing through a tube bundle ( 50 ) to the orbital carriage ( 7 ) and then supplied to the welding head ( 12 ). A significant advantage of the invention resides in the fact that the joining of two pipe ends by only one single welding process during a short period of time is made possible in the field with autonomous operation.

The dual-laser beam hybrid welding device comprises an ND: YAG (Neodymium-Doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet) laser beam light path, and a dual-laser beam light path which is provided with a semiconductor laser beam light path and is arranged on a vertical dual-laser beam lens cone body. According to the invention, the high-freedom degree welding machining can be realized; the structure of the dual-laser beam hybrid welding device is simple and small; the alignment position is more accurate; and the automation is easy to realize. The dual-laser beam hybrid welding device can be used for welding positions which cannot be welded in a conventional manner, and a high-reflection and high-thermal conductivity material which cannot be welded by single laser, so that the application field of laser welding is enlarged, particularly a working piece is pre-heated by using a continuous semiconductor laser. The absorption efficiency of a material of the working piece to ND: YAG laser is improved, the welding fusion depth is increased, the welding speed and the welding efficiency are improved, and the occurrence of air vents and cracks in the welding process of working pieces is avoided.

The welding shooting structure comprises a pedestal, a shooting component, a laser input light path component and a sharing light path component, wherein the shooting component comprises an industrial camera; the laser input light path component comprises a collimating tube and a water-cooling module; the sharing light path component comprises a welding lens; a shooting lens is arranged on the industrial camera; the collimating tube, the industrial camera and the welding lens are respectively connected onto the pedestal; the water-cooling module is positioned on the pedestal; the welding lens and the shooting lens are arranged face to face; and a reflecting surface and a coated reflecting lens component which are parallel to each other are arranged in the pedestal, and a 45-degree angle is formed between the bottom side of the pedestal and the coated reflecting lens component. Due to the fact that welding laser and shooting illumination share one light path, the structure is simplified, image acquisition for detection can be immediately finished after welding is finished, space resource is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.
