A laser weldable PBT-series resin composition and a molded product thereof are provided, in which the composition is weldable uniformly and has high welding strength even when the composition comprises a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) as a base. The laser weldable resin composition comprises 1 to 50 parts by weight of (B) an elastomer (such as a polystyrene-series thermoplastic elastomer or a polyester-series thermoplastic elastomer), 5 to 100 parts by weight of (C) a polycarbonate-series resin, 1 to 10 parts by weight of (D) a plasticizer (e.g., an aromatic polycarboxylic acid ester, and an acrylic plasticizer), and 0 to 100 parts by weight of (E) a filler or reinforcing agent (such as a glass fiber), relative to 100 parts by weight of (A) a polybutylene terephthalate-series resin (a homopolyester or a copolyester). The molded product prepared from the resin composition has a small light transmittance fluctuation range depending on sites to be irradiated of the molded product. Thus, the molded product can be bonded to a counter part article uniformly by a laser welding.

The invention discloses a method for brazing or fusion-welding through lasers with ultrasonic waves as auxiliaries, which relates to a welding method. The invention solves problems during processes that the lasers are used to braze or fusion-weld coating metals which has low melting points or dissimilar metals, and the problems are that wetting spreading property is bad, filling amount is not enough, stomatas and solders aren't welded fully and the like. The method of the invention is that during the processes that the lasers are used to braze the coating metals which has the low melting points or the lasers are used to fusion-weld the dissimilar metals, simultaneously, the ultrasonic waves with high-frequency vibrations are applied in welding zones which will be coagulated. The invention has the advantages that the occurrences of air holes can be minimized or avoided, and welding cost can be lowered. Welding solders can flow fully due to the high-frequency vibrations, which is beneficial for the wetting spreads of the welding solders and penetrations of the welding solders to the bottom portion of the welding zones, weld pool width and welding filling amount can be increased, the occurrences of welding defects as non-welding fully, undercuts and the like can be avoided, weld formations can be improved, and weld strength can be increased.

There is provide a flip chip semiconductor package comprising: an electrode pad formed a semiconductor substrate; a lower metal bonding layer formed on the electrode pad; an upper metal bonding layer formed on the lower metal bonding layer and having a post shape of a predetermined height; and a conductive bump formed on the upper metal bonding layer, and a solder bump covers at least partially the surface of the upper metal bonding layer. An insulating layer for electrode reconfiguration is formed around the electrode pad on the substrate, and the insulating layer has a predetermined thickness to prevent the penetration of a particles from the solder bump. The semiconductor package may further comprise an oxidation preventing layer between the solder bump and the upper metal bonding layer. In accordance with the present invention, there is realized the flip chip semiconductor package which improves the adhesive strength of the solder bump and which more improves the reliability in the flip chip bump structure of fine pitches.

On the basis of carrying out a welding scheme by combining TIG electric arc welding and laser welding, ultrasonic vibration pressure is introduced into a welding seam, wherein a designed vibration head is in direct contact with the welding seam, so that ultrasonic resources can be more sufficiently utilized, and gas in the welding seam can be rapidly escaped; most of gas in the welding seam is removed so that welding seam gas pore defects are reduced or avoided; tissue crystal grains of the welding seam are remarkably refined by utilizing cavitation effect and acoustic streaming effect caused by the fact that ultrasonic waves are transmitted in liquid, and furthermore, tissue alloy elements of the welding seam are more uniform, segregation is reduced, the strength and corrosion resistance performance of the welding seam are improved, and the performance of a welding connector is improved; and welding residual stress is effectively eliminated or reduced and the strength and corrosion resistance performance of the connector are enhanced, so that the efficient welding of the aluminum alloy is realized.

The stainless steel compound welding steel pipe is formed by welding stainless steel compound hotly-rolled rolling plates through a welding line, wherein the welding line is formed by a stainless steel compound welding line and a carbon steel welding line. According to the stainless steel compound welding steel pipe and the manufacturing method thereof, the manufactured stainless steel compound welding steel pipe has high structural strength and strong corrosion resistance; and the bonding strength of an inner pipe and an outer pipe is not less than 200 MPa.
