The invention provides a detoxification method of chromium-containing slag entering metallurgical blast furnace by using coal spraying process form. The method comprises the following steps: first drying and grinding the chromium-containing slag, then uniformly blending chromium-containing slag in an amount of 1 to 15 percent of the weight of coal powder into the coal powder, spraying the coal powder blended with the chromium-containing slag into a blast furnace cylinder from a blast furnace coal-spraying system, detoxifying the hexavalent chromium in the chromium-containing slag at the high temperature of the blast furnace under the reducing atmosphere, reducing the hexavalent chromium into trivalent chromium, and finally reducing the trivalent chromium into a chromium metal, wherein 92 to 98 percent of the chromium metal is melted into molten iron and 2 to 8 percent of the chromium metal enters the furnace slag; and meanwhile, reducing the iron oxide in the chromium-containing slag into iron metal for entering the molten iron. By utilizing the sealed blast furnace coal-spraying system to directly spray the chromium-containing slag into the blast furnace cylinder, the method has the advantages of few links, no pollution, thorough detoxification due to direct and full utilization of the high-temperature reducing atmosphere, full recycling and lowest cost compared with that of the conventional methods for treating chromium-containing slag.

Detoxification method of wood fiber hydrolyzed sugar liquid

The invention discloses a detoxification method of wood fiber hydrolyzed sugar liquid. Organic modified bentonite is used as an adsorbent to adsorb and remove a hydrophobic inhibitor in the wood fiber hydrolyzed sugar liquid, wherein the organic modified bentonite is the bentonite which is subjected to modification treatment of a cation surfactant and has a hydrophobic property. According to the detoxification method, the organic modified bentonite is used for carrying out adsorption treatment on the wood fiber hydrolyzed sugar liquid so that a fermentation inhibitor is removed without adsorbing a fermentable sugar; particularly, the content of hydroxymethyl furfural and phenols inhibitors is greatly reduced and the coordinate repression effect of the fermentation inhibitor on the growth and the fermentation of microorganisms is reduced, so that the fermentable performance of the wood fiber hydrolyzed sugar liquid is improved; compared with the wood fiber hydrolyzed sugar liquid which is not subjected to the adsorption treatment, the utilization speed of the microorganisms to the wood fiber hydrolyzed sugar liquid is greatly improved and the fermentation period is shortened; and therefore, the invention provides a new way for the detoxification of the wood fiber hydrolyzed sugar liquid.

Biological detoxification method and detoxification active bacterial strain of hemicellulose hydrolysate

The invention discloses a method for degrading and removing microbial metabolism inhibitors existing in a hemicellulose diluted acid hydrolysate by using a detoxification active bacterial strain. The detoxification active bacterial strain comprises issatchenkia orientalis CCTCC NO:M 206098 and issatchenkia occidentalis CCTCC NO:M 203097, and both the ssatchenkia orientalis and the issatchenkia occidentalis can degrade the microbial metabolism inhibitors which comprise acetic acid, furfural and phenols substances and exist in the hemicellulose hydrolysate and have the characteristics of low pH value resistance and no utilization of pentose or sugar alcohol thereof. The detoxification active bacterial strain can be used for carrying out single bacterial detoxification treatment on the hemicellulose hydrolysate and can also generate xylitol or alcohol with fermented xylose for bacterial strain mixing and inoculating to the hemicellulose hydrolysate to carry out synchronous detoxification and fermentation. The biological detoxification method can effectively improve the fermenting property of the hemicellulose hydrolysate and improve the yield of fermentation products of the alcohol and the xylitol and has the advantages of environmental protection and energy saving.
