The simplified potato detoxification method disclosed by the invention is applicable to self preparation and production by farmers; phytohormones, the nutritional solution and the like can be conveniently obtained; only if a sterile environment is guaranteed, tissue seedlings survive and grow new leaves after about 10 days, and the survival rate reaches 76%.
