evaporator to remove residues. According to the
processing method, under the pressure of
nitrogen,
sponge blocks are made to pass through the inner wall of a filament tube
evaporator pipeline to be subjected to
rust and residue removal, and the method specifically comprises the first step of taking a
sponge bar and clipping the
sponge bar into the sponge blocks, wherein the volume of each sponge block is 20*15*15 cubic millimeters; the second step of conducting soaking on the sponge blocks obtained in the first step in an oil-removal and dust-removal
solvent for 2-5 seconds; the third step of using a tweezer to clamp the soaked sponge blocks obtained in the second step and cramming 2-4 sponge blocks from a
pipe orifice of the filament tube
evaporator pipeline; the fourth step of making a gun head of a
nitrogen gun aim at the
pipe orifice of the filament tube evaporator pipeline with
nitrogen pressure being larger than 1.5 mpa so as to
blow out the sponge blocks obtained in the third step from the other end of the filament tube evaporator pipeline, wherein
nitrogen pressure in the fourth step is 1.6 mpa; and the sponge blocks obtained in the second step are soaked in the oil-removal and dust-removal
solvent for 4 seconds. According to the method for using the filament tube evaporator to remove the residues, pipeline cleanliness of the filament tube evaporator can be effectively guaranteed.
