The invention discloses a method for preparing a double-layer bionic cartilage tissue engineering scaffold, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, preparing a substrate; secondly, preparing the double-layer bionic cartilage tissue engineering scaffold on the surface of the substrate; and finally, soaking the double-layer bionic cartilage scaffold on the surface of the substrate by using solution of NaOH, and peeling the double-layer bionic cartilage scaffold from the substrate. The invention discloses a production method of a calcified layer-containing bionic tissue engineering bone cartilage integrated support. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out vacuum hot pressing on a produced transparent cartilage layer, a calcified cartilage layer and a subchondral bone layer, and carrying out particle leaching to produce the integrated composite material support with the middle being the dense calcified cartilage layer and with two sides being the porous transparent cartilage layer and the subchondral bone layer respectively, wherein the transparent cartilage layer and the subchondral bone layer are obtained through a solvent casting technology with polylactic acid as a matrix, calcium polyphosphate short fibers as a reinforcement and sodium chloride as a pore forming agent; and the close calcified cartilage layer (CPPf / PLLA film) is produced through a film layer spreading technology with polylactic acid as a matrix and calcium polyphosphate long fibers as a reinforcement. The content of CPP fibers is controlled to increase the strength, the rigidity and the osteoinductivity of the CPPf / PLLA integrated porous support and control the degradation rate of the support in a simulation body fluid.
