The invention provides a high-definition
blood cell analysis and detection method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) carrying out
system initialization, namely removing a blood sample objective table to an initial position, putting a
test tube filled with a blood sample into the blood sample objective table, enabling an LED
blue light to operate and an objective table intermediate shaft to rotate, and driving the
test tube filled with the blood sample to rotate, so that blood in the blood sample
test tube is layered and a CCD
image sensor starts to operate; and (2) enabling the blood sample objective table to start to enter into a shooting area of the CCD
image sensor, displaying an image shot by the CCD
image sensor on a
liquid crystal display screen, and enabling a
white light to start to operate and the
blue light to maintain a working state. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the CCD image sensor is adopted for acquiring a blood image, and
image acquisition definition is improved; and three double photoelectric cells are taken as a
limit switch, a movement position of the blood sample objective table is controlled, and
automatic control of the movement position of the blood sample test tube is realized.
