Abstract

The invention discloses a particle counting device. The particle counting device comprises a front pool part, a rear pool part, a counting component arranged between the front pool part and the rear pool part, wherein the rear pool part comprises a rear pool shell, a rear sheath inlet, a capturing pipe, a waste liquid outlet, a rear pool cleaning outlet and a rear pool; the rear pool is formed by an internal cavity of the rear pool shell; the rear sheath inlet is arranged on the rear pool shell and is communicated with the rear pool; one end of the capturing pipe, which is close to the counting component, is provided with a capturing pipe inlet, and the other end of the capturing pipe, which is far away from a technical component, is communicated with the waste liquid outlet; and the rear pool cleaning outlet is arranged at the middle part of the capturing pipe, and is respectively communicated with the rear pool and the waste liquid outlet. The invention also discloses a blood cell analysis device adopting the particle counting device. The particle counting device and blood cell analysis device disclosed by the invention have the advantages of simple structure and high reagent utilization ratio.
