The present disclosure relates to photosensitive optoelectronic devices comprising a compound blocking layer located between an acceptor material and a cathode, the compound blocking layer comprising: at least one electron conducting material, and at least one wide-gap electron conducting exciton blocking layer. For example, 3,4,9,10 perylenetetracarboxylic bisbenzimidazole (PTCBI) and 1,4,5,8-napthalene-tetracarboxylic-dianhydride (NTCDA) function as electron conducting and exciton blocking layers when interposed between the acceptor layer and cathode. Both materials serve as efficient electron conductors, leading to a fill factor as high as 0.70. By using an NTCDA / PTCBI compound blocking layer structure increased power conversion efficiency is achieved, compared to an analogous device using a conventional blocking layers shown to conduct electrons via damage-induced midgap states.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a phosphate-doped polybenzimidazole membrane electrode for a fuel cell. On the one hand, 4,4'-oxybis(benzoic acid) and 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetramine serve as monomers to prepare poly[2,2'-(p-oxy- diphenylene)-5-5'-bisbenzimidazole], the poly[2,2'-(p-oxy-diphenylene)-5-5'-bisbenzimidazole] is cast to form a membrane, and the membrane is doped with phosphate to prepare an electrolyte membrane with good mechanical strength; on the other hand, in the process of preparing a phosphate-doped gas diffusion electrode, poly-[2,2'-(m-phenylene)-5,5'-bisbenzimidazole] is prepared into the gas diffusion electrode in the presence of a platinum / carbon catalyst, the gas diffusion electrode is doped with phosphate, the components are uniformly distributed, strong-volatility acid is not used in the process, and a process of mixing solid materials does not exist. The membrane electrode prepared by the method can be used for hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell power generation under the conditions that the temperature is higher than 100 DEG C and the humidification is not carried out. The open-circuit voltage is 0.845V, and the maximum power density is 191mW / cm<2> (560mA / cm<2>, 0.34V) under the conditions that the temperature of the fuel cell is 150DEG C and the humidification is not carried out. The preparation method has the advantages of controllable conditions in the technological process and good repeatability of the process.

The chain structure of a polybenzimidazole polymer containing the ether ketone/ether sulfone structure also has the structure of ether ketone or ether ether ketone or ether sulfone and imidazole; besides the structure of ether ketone or ether ether ketone, the chain structure of the sulphonated polymer of the polybenzimidazole containing ether ketone/ether sulfone structure also has the structure of sulfonic group and imidazole. The preparation method adopts the steps that a bisphenol-bisbenzimidazole monomer and a difluoro monomer or a fluoride bearing monomer are used as the raw material, anhydrous sodium carbonate or anhydrous potassium carbonate is used as the catalyst, nucleophilic condensation polymerization reaction is performed in an aprotic polar solvent, and after the reaction liquid is post-treated, the polybenzimidazole polymer of the sulphonated polymer containing ether ketone/ether sulfone structure is obtained. The polymer obtained through the invention has good oxidation resistance, thermostability, acidproof and alkali proof stability, and alcohol inhibition performance, and the synthetic method is simple, thereby the polybenzimidazole has broad application prospect.

Ring metal iridium photosensitizers, synthesis thereof and application thereof in hydrogen preparation by photocatalytic reduction of water

The invention discloses ring metal iridium photosensitizers, synthesis thereof and application thereof. The synthesis of the iridium photosensitizers comprises: placing chlorine-bridge dipolymer [Ir(tfmppy)(mu-Cl)]2 and bis(benzimidazole) into a mixed solvent of methanol and dichloromethane, and then adding Na2CO3 for reflux reaction; after the reaction, cooling, drying the solvent by rotary evaporation, then obtaining a target product through column chromatography. The column chromatography developing agent is a mixture of ethyl acetate and hexane, and the ratio of the ethyl acetate to the hexane is between 1:1 and pure ethyl acetate. Through use of the synthesis method, single-core and dual-core iridium photosensitizers can be simultaneously obtained, and post-treatment is simple, and the pure product can be obtained through simple column chromatography method. Compared with hydrogen preparation by photocatalytic reduction of water with a conventional single-core iridium photosensitizer, the single-core iridium photosensitizer of the invention has good performance of hydrogen preparation by photocatalytic reduction of water, and the dual-core iridium photosensitizer is more active than the single-core iridium photosensitizer.
