Method for synthetizing terphenyl compounds through palladium catalyzed cascade reaction

The invention discloses a method for synthetizing terphenyl compounds through a palladium catalyzed cascade reaction. The method comprises the following steps: adding iodo-arene and acylamino arene serving as reaction substrates into a mixed solvent composed of trifluoroacetic acid and 1, 2-dichloroethane, adding a palladium catalyst, an oxidizing agent and alkali at the same time, reacting at the temperature of 90-120 DEG C and monitoring the reaction endpoint by using TLC (thin Layer Chromatography); when the temperature is reduced to 25-50 DEG C, adding arylboronic acid and a ligand, continuing reaction at the temperature of 50-90 DEG C and monitoring the reaction endpoint by using TLC. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the terphenyl compounds are synthetized through palladium catalyzed C-H activating and Suzuki cascade reaction which are in series connection, and therefore the cost is low and the consumption of the catalyst is small; the reaction substrates do not needed to be pre-activated; the method can be used for synthetizing various terphenyl compounds; the reaction is easy to operate, the aftertreatment is convenient and simple, the product yield is high, and a high application value is achieved.

The present invention relates to a polycarboxylic acid organic ligand based on NHPI functionalization and a synthesis method, and belongs to the technical field of organic chemical synthesis. A multi-methyl-containing terphenyl compound is obtained by conducting coupling reaction on 1,4-dibromo-2,3-dimethylbenzene and a phenylboronic acid having methyl at 4-position or 3- and 5-position of a phenyl ring under catalyst of palladium, then methyl is oxidized by potassium permanganate under conditions of 100 DEG C by taking pyridine and water as a solvent so as to generate a multi-carboxylic acidterphenyl structure, then the multi-carboxylic acid terphenyl structure and hydroxylamine hydrochloride are directly heated and refluxed in a pyridine solution for 3 hours, cooling is carried out, rotary evaporation is carried out for solvent removal, water and hydrochloric acid are added for adjusting the pH to be 1 for precipitating a large amount of precipitate, centrifugal treatment, water washing and drying are carried out, so that a relatively pure target product with high yield is obtained. compared with a conventional technology, the method is simple in technology, and the product purity is high. An MOFs material prepared by the organic ligand has wide application prospects because of excellent catalysis efficiency up to 90%-99%, recyclability and other comprehensive performance.

Method for synthesizing biphenyl compound by taking phenol as raw material

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a biphenyl compound by using phenol as a raw material in the technical field of organic chemical synthesis, which comprises the following steps: carrying out a mixed reaction process on phenol or substituted phenol, alkali and 50-90% ethanol aqueous solution, slowly introducing sulfonyl fluoride gas, and carrying out magnetic stirring reaction at normal temperature for 4-12 hours, adding arylboronic acid, alkali and a palladium catalyst into a round-bottom flask, continuing to react for 6-12 hours at normal temperature, after the reaction is finished, adding a saturated edible salt solution into the round-bottom flask, carrying out a water quenching reaction process to obtain a reaction mixture, extracting a reaction product from the reaction mixture by using ethyl acetate, combining organic phases, concentrating filtrate, and separating the concentrated filtrate by using column chromatography to obtain analytically pure biphenyl or terphenyl compounds. By using the method, on one hand, the production cost of the biphenyl compound is reduced, and on the other hand, the method also has a wide application prospect in the aspects of synthesis of natural products, medicines, pesticides, herbicides, polymer conduction materials, liquid crystal materials and the like.
