The present invention discloses a series-wound long short-term memory recurrent neural network-based heating load prediction method. The method comprises the steps of constructing a sample data set based on temperature, climate and heat supply data during a given period of time, and respectively subjecting the input data and the output data of the sample data set to standardized treatment; dividing the input data into two portions, respectively inputting the two portions into two independent long short-term memory recurrent neural networks to merge the two portions of the input data, inputting the output data to a long short-term memory recurrent neural network at a next layer, and finally inputting the data into two full connection layers; training a constructed series-wound long short-term memory recurrent neural network, and optimizing the network by adopting the parameter optimization-based adaptive torque estimation algorithm; inputting to-be-predicted data into the series-wound long short-term memory recurrent neural network, calculating and obtaining a heating load prediction result. The method of the invention can effectively discriminate input data, and accelerate the learning speed. Therefore, the learning efficiency is improved and the prediction accuracy is improved.

Parallel decision feedback balance method and device based on initial parameter passing

The invention discloses a time domain balance method for a plurality of paths of orthogonal modulation signals. The method is implemented through a plurality of decision feedback balancers having the same structures. The decision feedback balancers construct a balancer group, wherein the number of the decision feedback balancers is the same as the number of paths of orthogonal modulation signals; each decision feedback balancer consists of a feed-forward filter, a feedback filter and a symbol detector. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a training sequence by using one of the decision feedback balancers, performing initial parameter iteration training, transmitting the coefficient of the feed-forward filter to the remaining feed-forward filters when a mode switching condition is satisfied, and transmitting the coefficient of the feedback filter to the remaining parallel feedback filters to rapidly realize initialization of all decision feedback balancers; switching the balancer group from a training mode to a decision guide mode, and entering a tracking stage; at the tracking stage, performing further iteration on parameters by adopting a decision directed algorithm independent of the training sequence till convergence; in the process, performing parameter adjustment through each decision feedback balancer according to a modulation signal passing through a channel.

Junction field-effect transistor

A junction field-effect transistor is formed by providing a p-type gate region in a surface of an n-type semiconductor layer and n-type drain and source regions sandwiching the gate region on the surface of the n-type semiconductor layer. A p-type diffusion region is formed at least in the region on the side of the drain close to the gate region on the surface of the n-type semiconductor layer. A drain electrode is formed so that it contacts with the p-type diffusion region. As a result, the junction FET can be reduced in drain-source leak current I.sub.dss to a small, stable value. Thus, a high-gain junction field-effect transistor is obtained which has small variation in performance among actual units manufactured.

Deposition system with moveable-position web guides

A thin film deposition system includes a web guide system having a plurality of web guides defining a web transport path for the web of substrate. The web guide system includes a moveable portion including first and second moveable-position web guides. A web transport control system advances the web of substrate along the web transport path at a web advance velocity. A deposition head is located along the web transport path between the first and second moveable-position web guides. A motion actuator system synchronously moves a position of the first and second moveable-position web guides such that they move forward and backward according to a defined oscillating motion pattern while maintaining a constant distance between the first and second moveable-position web guides, thereby causing a portion of the web of media adjacent to the deposition head to move forward and backward in an in-track direction.

A noise estimation apparatus of estimating a noise in an input signal includes a sub-band noise estimator estimating a noise in a sub-band input signal, obtained by dividing the input signal by sub-bands. The sub-band noise estimator includes a power calculator calculating a sub-band input power of the sub-band input signal; a probability model holder holding information on probability model; and an a posteriori probability maximizer calculating an instantaneous estimated value of a sub-band noise power based on the sub-band input power, an estimated value of the sub-band noise power and the information on the probability model, so as to maximize a posteriori probability of the sub-band noise power. The information on the probability model includes a likelihood function regarding a posteriori signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in dependence upon predictive a posteriori SNR; and a priori probability of the a posteriori SNR under a condition establishing averaged a posteriori SNR.

Preparation method of water content standard material

The invention relates to a preparation method of a water content standard material. The method comprises the steps of: weighing the mass of a dried glass volumetric flask, adding propylene carbonate, 1-butanol and xylene in proportion, and weighing the mass of the mixed solution; measuring water in the mixed solution, and calculating the mass of water needing to be added according to a preparation target value; adding deionized water into the volumetric flask and mixing the solution well; shifting part of the mixed solution into an ampoule bottle, adjusting the humidity of a constant temperature and humidity chamber, monitoring water content variations over time under different humidity conditions; recording the humidity within the constant temperature and humidity chamber when the solution water content varies minimally; under a humidity condition with stable solution water content, charging ampoule bottles with the mixed solution separately, and sealing the ampoule bottles; taking the mean of the results measured by Coulometry and volumetric methods as the water content of a standard material; and evaluating the water uncertainty. The water content standard material prepared by the method of the invention is beneficial for improving the accuracy of a Karl Fischer water titrator measuring result.
