A production method for an optical fiber preform conical head comprises: choosing an optical fiber preform with a residual conical head and with a tail rod or a tail tube, wherein the external diameter of the optical fiber preform is n; cutting off the tip portion of the residual conical head from the position with a diameter of m which is also the diameter of an assistant quartz rod; respectively clamping the residual conical head of the optical fiber preform with the tail rod or the tail tube and the assistant quartz rod to clamping heads at two ends, calcining until the residual conical head and the quartz rod are softened, performing butt joint, and cooling; performing cutting on a butt-joint portion between the tail rod or the tail tube and the residual conical head of the optical fiber preform; respectively clamping the optical fiber preform with the external diameter of n and the optical fiber preform residual conical head with the assistant quartz rod to clamping heads at two ends, calcining until the optical fiber preform and the residual conical head are softened, performing butt joint; pointing the center of a heat source at the butt-joint portion between the optical fiber preform residual conical head and the assistant quartz rod and heating, moving the clamps to the opposite directions for pulling the conical head and further for enabling the residual conical head to be a streamline conical head, naturally cooling; and cutting the streamline conical head at a certain external-diameter position, so as to form an optical fiber preform with the streamline conical head.

On-line liquid color master batch adding system and antimony-free polyester color yarn preparation method using same

The invention discloses an online liquid color master batch adding system and an antimony-free polyester color yarn preparation method using the same. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing antimony-free polyester melt; (2) preparing a liquid color master batch, wherein the liquid color master batch is prepared from the following raw materials: 30-80 parts of a solvent, 20-70 parts of a pigment, 0.05-0.1 part of an antioxidant, 0.05-0.1 part of an ultraviolet stabilizer and 15-70 ppm of a phosphorus stabilizer; (3) adding the liquid color master batch online: feeding 90-95% by volume of melt into a static mixer along a polyester melt main pipeline, feeding the other antimony-free polyester melt into a polyester melt branch pipeline to be mixed with the liquid color master batch in a dynamic mixer, then entering a static mixer to be mixed with the melt entering along the main pipeline to obtain color paste melt; and (4) carrying out spinning. The production stability of the antimony-free polyester color yarn is effectively improved by preparing the liquid color master batch special for the antimony-free polyester and improving an on-line adding process of the liquid color master batch directly spun from the melt.
