Provided is a production
system for a novel filtering material non-
woven fabric. The
system comprises a
drying tower, a screw extruder, a precision filter, a
spinning cabinet, a tensioning roller, a draw roll, an air-flow stretching
system, a web former, heat-setting
machine, a cooling roller, and a winding roller. The
discharge port of the
drying tower is connected with the feed port of the screw extruder. The
discharge port of the screw extruder is connected with the precision filter. The precision filter is above the
spinning cabinet. The tensioning roller, the draw roll, the air-flow stretching system, and the web former are below the
spinning cabinet from top to bottom in sequence. In the system, PET which is melted and filtered enters the spinning cabinet and respectively passes through a first spinneret plate and a second spinneret plate, and a
fiber web formed by the PET, manufactured by a spinning device, is directly sent to the heat-setting
machine to solidify. The
fiber web is not influenced by external forces, and a product is fluffy, and
product gas permeability is greatly improved, so the manufactured novel filtering material non-
woven fabric can be preferably used in a low
pressure difference filtering device. Therefore, a problem that production of a novel filtering material non-
woven fabric is difficulty is solved.
