thermal desorption system capable of not generating the secondary
pollution to the environment. The organic polluted soil
thermal desorption system comprises a reversed
thermal desorption device, and a first-grade dust remover, a second-grade
combustion chamber, a condensation and deacidification device, a
smoke absorption device, a gas-liquid separator, a second-grade dust remover, a
smoke adsorption device with a condenser, and a central
computer control unit which are connected in sequence. The organic polluted soil thermal
desorption system is characterized in that a water outlet of the condensation and deacidification device is connected with a water inlet of an organic
wastewater treatment device by a
medicine adding tank; a water outlet of the organic
wastewater treatment device is connected with a water inlet of the condensation and deacidification device and a mud outlet of the organic
wastewater treatment device is connected with a
drying tank; a water outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected with a water inlet of the
smoke adsorption device; a water outlet of the smoke adsorption device is connected with a water inlet of the
medicine adding tank; a cooling-water water outlet is connected with a cooling-water water inlet of the condensation and deacidification device, and a gas discharging opening is communicated with the
atmosphere; a discharging opening of the reversed thermal
desorption device,
solid dust outlets of the first-grade dust remover and the second-grade dust remover, and a dry mud outlet of the
drying tank are communicated with a baking-free
brick machine; the baking-free
brick machine, the
medicine adding tank and the organic wastewater treatment device are connected with the central
computer control unit.
