outdoor temperature sensor (2), a
heat exchanger (3), a secondary
water supply temperature sensor (6), a secondary return
water temperature sensor (7), a secondary bypass
pipe (4), a one-way electric adjusting valve (5), a secondary mixed
water temperature sensor (8), a secondary mixed
water pressure sensor (10), a secondary return
water pressure sensor (11) and a water pump
inverter (9). According to parameters obtained through monitoring of the
outdoor temperature sensor, the open degree of the electric adjusting valve on the secondary bypass
pipe is adjusted, a part of return water on the
secondary side is enabled to enter the
heat exchanger for heat exchanging, and the other part of the return water on the
secondary side passes through the bypass
pipe and can reach a predicted
water supply temperature after being mixed with other water. According to parameters obtained through monitoring of the secondary mixed
water pressure sensor and the secondary return water
pressure sensor, an instruction is sent to the water pump
inverter to adjust the running frequency of a water pump, and therefore the flow rate of the secondary
water supply is changed. The thermal
station energy saving device with the double adjustment functions achieves climate compensation control, supplies heat according to the needs of users, and reduces the quantity of
electricity consumed by the water pump in the operation process.
