The invention discloses a non-woven fabric capable of enabling liquid to quickly underflow and inhibiting backflow. The non-woven fabric capable of enabling the liquid to quickly underflow and inhibiting backflow is characterized by comprising an upper-layer non-woven fabric and a lower-layer non-woven fabric, wherein the areal density of the upper-layer non-woven fabric is not less than 35 g / m <2>, and the areal density of the lower-layer non-woven fabric ranges from 20 g / m<2> to 40 g / m<2>. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a fiber web A from ES single hydrophilic fibers is through a non-woven carding net-forming and cross-lapping process; preparing a fiber web B from ES multi-hydrophilic fibers through a non-woven direct lapping process; placing the fiber web A over the fiber web B and carrying out reinforced compounding through a needle punching or hot rolling bonding process. in an initial state, the non-woven fabric is hydrophilic, quick underflow ofliquid can be ensured, when the liquid penetrates through the non-woven fabric, the hydrophilic oil agent of the single hydrophilic fiber is washed and separated by the liquid, the fiber web of the layer is changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, the hydrophilic state of the multi-hydrophilic fibers is maintained, at the moment, by the upper hydrophobic layer, backflow of the liquid under the condition of compression can be prevented effectively, and dryness of an upper layer is ensured.
