The invention discloses a method for improving
electrolyte infiltration of a soft
package lithium ion battery, which comprises the following steps of: (1) putting a
battery cell subjected to top sidesealing and packaging into a
drying oven to remove
moisture, cooling to a certain temperature, keeping constant temperature, and preheating an
electrolyte at the same time; (2) clamping the
battery cell in the middle of a clamping plate, vacuumizing, keeping the vacuum degree for 5-10 seconds, injecting preheated
electrolyte, and standing for 10-60 seconds; (3) applying an outward force to the
battery cell aluminum-
plastic film, and keeping for 5-10 seconds; then clamping is conducted through clamping plates, rolling pressure from bottom to top is applied, gas is exhausted out of the air bag,and rolling operation is repeated multiple times; (4) vacuumizing the battery
cell, keeping the vacuum degree for 2-5 seconds, and then sealing; and (5) putting the sealed battery
cell into a rotatingdevice, and rotating at a
low speed for 1-3 hours to finish infiltration. The method has the advantages of simple steps, convenience in operation, capability of quickly infiltrating the electrolyte,shortening of the standing time of the battery
cell after
liquid injection, improvement of the production efficiency, and easiness in realization of industrialization.
